Mix a small amount of ACTIVATE with ground up millings or RAP to create a usable paving material! (You only need to use ¾ to 1 ¼ gallons per ton!) ACTIVATE contains new polymers into the mix while reducing the oxidized asphalt, thus strengthening the mix. ACTIVATE cures in three hours with no tracking like conventional asphalt.
